Shipping policy

Where your order ships from Orders ship from either our U.S. warehouse or our Asia hub, whichever can get your order to you fastest.

United States Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipped from our U.S. warehouse: 4-7 business days in transit. If your size is out of stock in the U.S., your order ships from our Asia hub: 7-14 days in transit.

Europe and the United Kingdom Ships from our Asia hub. Processed within 1-2 business days, then 6-10 days in transit.

Australia, New Zealand and rest of world Ships from our Asia hub. Processed within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Pre-orders Some items are pre-orders, and they are marked clearly on the product page before you add to cart. We don't do this often, but on high-demand products that we are producing or restocking we give you the chance to reserve yours early. Pre-order delivery times vary, so please refer to the product page for the current expected ship date, or contact us and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.

Import taxes and duties We prepay import duties on international orders wherever our carrier supports it, and we absorb that cost, so in most countries nothing is owed on delivery. Some countries collect VAT, GST or a local handling fee that no carrier can prepay in advance. Where that happens the charge is the customer's responsibility. We don't mark up or profit from any of it.

Tracking Every order ships tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your label is created.
